John, I also see that you are an Eagle. Based on your knowledge of the
young man in question, would YOU recommend him for the EBOR? You are
asked to document any problems you have had with him. If you haven't
had problems, then you have none to document and should say so! . A
Scout is Trustworthly. Is the young man Trustworthly in your dealings
