No. That works only for GETing files from the server. The Size of the
Digest can be controlled, but only by the List Owner. Reducing the
digest size so it will fit in a Juno mailbox would force 2-4 digests per
day instead of 1. This is an inconvenience for those on digest mode who
really do want only 1 msg per day. Making 95% of digest subscribers
unhappy to accomodate the 5% of members who use Juno, is not really being
Helpful or Friendly in the long run.
