Need Pack Budget Examples

Does anyone have a yearly budget example for a pack of aprox 12 boys? I was
told awards come to about $10 a year per boy, but that seems a tiny bit low.
Our pack is sponsored by the LDS church so Webelos is done in 1 year instead
of 2 so those awards costs are doubled. I'd appreciate any input on how much
other packs receive to run their program properly.
