Brad,
I think the Scouter you were talking to was pulling your leg. To the
best of my knowledge there is not a nationally issued BSA patch called
"Blue Buns." Somehow I can't quite see national issuing any patch
featuring a rear-end or titled in any way refering to one's rear.
