One important qualifier! People using Juno should NOT use the digest
option. The reason is Juno (a free email service) has a size limit on
messages of about 60k, which is smaller than the SCOUTS-L digest most
days. This causes 2 problems. first is you don't receive anything since
Juno rejects it as too big. Second, it bounces back to our hard working
List Owner (Jon Eidson) as an error and he immediately sets you to NOMAIL
and if it bounces again he will delete you from the list. In all cases
you get nothing.

Don't complain that its not fair, you ARE getting more than you are
paying for from a free service. Some other services also have a size
limit. You are responsible for learning about the limitations of your
own mailbox. IF you are having troubles ask, and we'll try to be helpful
but be aware that there are some things we can't control.
