In a new role as the outdoorsman in a 50-60 scout troop. The
scoutmaster has asked that the committee chair and I come up with a
planning sequence to assure that the adult/committee responsibilities of
supporting the boy leadership are effectively implemented.
Clarification of tasks, roles etc. Rather than reinvent the wheel --do
any of you have a planning sequence that would help... what the
committee chair, outdoorsman, adult leader for that program do, two
months before, one month, three weeks, etc. before an event. would be
greatful.
