Tom,
One of the most interesting centerpieces I've seen is Green, Red and yellow
streamers running down the length of the table, with the word "webelos" on
posterboard in a small rectangle at each end of the table...the effect
being a set of Webelos colors at each end of the table. for further
effect, 2" cutouts of each of the Activity badges (photocopied from a
publication, and enlarged) taped at intervals on the streamers.
