AOL arrows

Hi All,
I've posted this question before and didn't get any response. So I
thought I would try again in hopes that someone might know what I'm
talking about. I'm looking for glass arrows that sit on a lighted base.
They are made in such a way that the badges the boys have earned can be
placed in side. My Cubmaster saw them at Philmont last year but can't
remember who had them. If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate
it. My Webelos will have their AOL in March.
