I'd be happy to share my troop handbook. I started with sample
handbooks from around the district and maybe I even found one
on some troop's homepage. So you're free to use what I've got
as a starting point.
What format do you want it in? I can attach it as MS Word 2.0
document or I can convert it to text and put it in a mail message.
Since this is a troop handbook, there will be a LOT of stuff that
doesn't apply to a pack.
