Need Help: Does Three Rivers Council, Indiana Still Exist?

Hi all,
I started my Scouting odyssey in Indiana's Three Rivers Council back in
the late 1950's, becoming a Boy Scout (yahoo! Troop 74!) in 1963. My
father was an Air Force officer then, and we were stationed at what was
Bunker Hill AFB in those days (now it's Grissom AFB). We left the place
back in 1966, Pop heading for Viet Nam and the rest of the family going
to live with Mom's people in Virginia.
Does Three Rivers Council still exist? If not, what is it called now?
I hope to trade for a Council Shoulder Patch from my old council when I
get to the Jamboree. If I can't get one that says TRC, then I'd like to
know what you call it now. That will be good enough.
Does Camp Buffalo still exist? It was on the Tippicanoe River as I
recall, not too awful far from Peru, Indiana. I had the best time
there, roaming through the old Christmas Tree farm's now-too-tall pines,
learning to canoe and swim in the river. I still have my Camp t-shirt;
gosh it's small. Legend had it that a Girl Scout Camp was located on
the opposite bank. That's why I learned to swim - I was hoping to swim
across one evening and find true love. Never happened. Too afraid of
my Scoutmaster's wrath. He always found out....
