Our Troop and Post Committees have a Constitution and Bylaws which we
think are fairly relevant and address most of the major issues of
vision and mission statements,membership, offices, operation of the
troop/post, etc.
It is on wordperfect,
so I could convert the file and send it to you on e-mail if you would
like. We are willing to share the language if others will benefit..
