True, but some SMs apparently hold the paperwork on their desk until
someone pushes for it; I know of one who allegedly does paperwork on the
19th of the month. Period. If this "Fool" has one or two of those
it seems only reasonable to prod them a little, offering a chance to set
a record or meet a goal. And there's no reason to assume that "rushed"
paperwork will be any more fouled up than some that weren't rushed.

IMO.
