Adult free Patrol Outing

Hello and Happy New Year All,
Well while watching The Female SM and Woodbadge threads being beaten to
death I thought I would bring something more back to the Boys.
Question, When a tour permit is filed for an Adult-free Patrol outing,
who is written in as the leader and co-leaders of the acivity? Or should
those areas be left blank on the permit and the Scoutmaster and Committee
member simple sign it?
For those that may not know a Patrol may go on an outingincluding camping
without any adults. I'm not ready to let any of my Troops patrols do
that, but one is almost reponsable enough to go.
