3 Bar Roundtable

Greetings to all;
I'm a Roundtable Commissioner here is York District, Pinetree Council,
Maine. I have held this position for the past six years and of course many
good
times were had along with some "learning" events.
I do however have something that some of you may find
interesting.... A
few years ago I started a thing called the 3BAR roundtable. This a is a
meeting
where the junior leaders of a troop can meet and discuss various problems and
solutions that could be used. This program has been going along pretty
good. If
