Current BSA Books: low tech solution

Dear BSA National Professional who lurks on this listserve,

Seems to me that if I can get a subscription to Scouting magazine
which automatically arrives in the mail each month, and my son can get
a subscription to Boy's Life magazine which automatically arrives in
the mail each month, then it should be a simple matter for
Scoutmasters to get a subscription for all new critical publications,
as they come out, automatically arriving in the mail each month.

Yes, the troop would have to pay for it.

Yes, it would seem to be expensive, but not really when you consider
the time and effort we expend and then buying it anyway.

No, it wouldn't have to include every scrap of paper sold by BSA, just
the critical ones.

Yes, it should be easy to regularly list the latest revised
publications in reverse date order in the back pages of Scouting
magazine holding them on the list for 12 months. This way, if you
misplace a month or two, you would just need one copy a year to
determine the list of latest publications.

Name Withheld
(For fear of having my current subscriptions routed to Nome via
dogsled. Okay, I'm just kidding! Don't be so sensitive.)
