I have had the same question, and found the answers in:

Outdoor Skills Instruction: Team Building
Junior Leader Training Conference Staff Guide
I have used these books with the Patrol Leaders Council to pick and choose
"new" games to use. Remember, the relection after the game is learning part
of the exercize. After the boys have had a few laughs, they will often open
up easier and then the learning really begins.
