I agree BSA needs to catch up with the computer age. I'm in the Army and I
can get almost any publication I want free on the net or on CD. I also feel
BSA is trying to make to much money on it products. I'm a Cubmaster for a
very small poor pack, we try fund raisers but we hardly make any money, we
only made about $200 on the popcorn out of almost $900 sold. Everytime we go
to the scout shop we drop a bundle and most of it comes out of my leaders
pockets. We have dues but when you have low income families it hard to get
anything other than registration. When I took over the pack last year they
had nothing, the derby track is even junk but we have to use it. If they
would even alow you one free update like most software companies do it would
help. I get alot of info on the net it would be great if the BSA would jump
on board. My locale councel doesent even have a web page. Come on BSA we
need you to get on board :-).
