Seeking ceremony for Meritorious Action

I am seeking information on an award ceremony for the Boy Scouts Meritorious
Action Medal of Merit. Several Scouts from my troop are being presented this
award for rescuing a hiker off the rock face of Mt. Katahdin in Maine this
past summer. Does anyone have information on conducting such a ceremony?
