Another High Adventure Camp in NM?

Happy Holidays Fellow Scouters,

I recall reading on this list some time ago about a particular Council
High Adventure Camp that was supposed to be "better than Philmont." I
think it was still in the NE corner of NM, but not sure. From what I
recall, it is not as built up as Philmont is, but provides similiar
hiking/camping opportunities. Can anyone help?
