I heard on the news this morning that this an actual lawsuit, but some
are using it for fraud. Apparently they are contacting people and
soliciting a fee to be included in the settlement. The acutal
settlement, if one is made, might only amount to $5 per family. The
warning is to watch out for those doing the fradulent solicitation.
