best tent for $

Hi.
Our troop is considering purchasing new tents. We have looked at the
Eureka! Timberline 4 with two doors and a vestibule for
about $190, or the similar Eureka! Outfitter 4 with vestibule for about
$310. The Outfitter is supposed to be heavy duty for more frequent use
by youth groups.
Does anyone have any advice about either one for boys to use? Is the
Outfitter worth the extra money? I would like to buy something that
will last.
