The BSA/GSA Windbreaker, Inaugural Patch and Pin order form
has been scanned and posted to the Internet at the URL location

This form can be used by anyone who has previously
pre-registered to participate as a GSA/BSA volunteer for the
upcoming 1997 Presidential Inauguration activities.
It's a 110k jpeg file, and can be printed out, filled in, and sent to
GSCNC.
