Both Boy and Girl Scout uniforms are still available through JC Penney.
They have a separate scout catalog (more like a pamphlet).
In small print, lost somewhere near the bottom of page 3 it says,
"Uniforms can only be purchased for currently registered members. All
official insignia must be ordered directly from your local Council."
I no for a fact they don't ask for a scout id when you order.
