Looking for a ceremony

A fellow Scouter from Colorado called me early this AM looking for a
particular story, Scoutmaster's minute or ceremony that may have been
posted here a while back. It evidently came from Scouts_-L.
This Scouter decribes this piece as a page and a half wonderful message
that dealt with Cubs moving on to Boy Scouts. The parent, I believe is
telling the story. It was used recently at Akela's Retreat as a Sunday
Morning message at Ben DeLaTour Scout Ranch. He remembers a key phrase as
"window shopping (for a Troop I believe.)
He of course, needs this Scoutmaster minute soon. If anyone can find
this, Scouts-L can. Hope you can help
