Correct. AND J.C. Penny's now actually has a scout catalogue of it's own.
However --- the trademark violation comes with an UNREGISTERED person
wearing our uniform, i.e. Seventeen. This is a direct violation, unless
they have WRITTEN permission from National (who NEVER gives such permission
based on the history of abuse to our logos in the middle to late 40's (per
research at Seton Library at Philmont).
