1st Class Cooking

The first class cooking requirement seems to require that the scout
plans the menu, buys the food, cooks the food (at least be in charge
of cooking), and supervise clean-up for at least three meals for his
entire patrol. This would mean that only one boy per patrol could
earn this requirement per campout. Am I being to literal. If not then
it would seem that it would take eight campouts for the new boy patrol
to pass this one at a time. Feedback, ideas, comments?
