My name is Russell Fitz-Hugh and I am a student at Bournemouth
University. I originally come from South Pembrokeshire in Wales and have
been in scouting for 14 years.
I am a member of 1st Kilgetty Venture Scout unit ( Venture Scouts
are aged between 15 and 20) and I used to be chairman until I moved here to
University.
My girlfriend Maudie Miller has taken up the illustrious post that I
have vacated and she asked me to contact other scouters world-wide with a
view to inter scout communication (mainly Snail mail I'm afraid)

Another question which you have probably addressed many times before is
recruiting for small groups in the sparsely populated country areas.
