QU trouble

I hope this doesn't get too long and I don't sound too whiny, but you
wouldn't believe what havoc the new QU regs have created in my life. I
did write earlier about our new CC who was putting premature on to split
our wolf den. I asked my ADL if he would want to (this was just last
week). He felt since we were both very inexperienced we should stay
together to gain knowledge and see about recruiting more boys next year
and splitting then. Night before last in the middle of our committee
meeting I was informed by this CC (in a very oh-by-the-way) manner that
he was splitting my den. Evidently he went to soccer party over the
weekend and actively recruited three more boys and a new ADL to help my
former ADL who will be taking over the "new" den. I was shocked to
say the least. Isn't it my place to decide the fate of my den? I'm
not opposed to the split so much as the way everything was handled. I'm
left with a good size den(6 boys) yes but also having to find a new place
to meet and no help. And then I guess no felt the need to tell me
because I found out when this CC asked for a new den number. I don't
know if I mentioned that I originally signed up as a ADL myself under
this same person who left two weeks into the program to become CC. And
it doesn't end there. My brother who is also a DL and our ACM saw my
reaction (had it confirmed when my husband told how upset I was when I
got home from the meeting) called and had a long talk with our CM. Now
the CM will be calling me. I don't want this to go on forever I do feel
really abused but I'm trying hard to get over my hurt feelings and not
act like a two year old. Sorry to take up so much of your time with my
tale of woe. I'm just sort of feeling lost and needed to talk to
someone who cares. Thanks!
