All of this talk about the changes in the Quality Unit Award... Did
I miss the posting of all of the changes?
I would appreciate it if someone could send me a complete copy (or
at least the requirements) of the 1997 QU award, or if someone could point
me to a web page that has the 1997 QU award posted...
