Retiring Scoutmaster

I am an adult Eagle Scout (and a NEW SUBSCRIBER - Green!!) whose
Scoutmaster is being honored SUNDAY. He has had about 10 scouts make
Eagle and continued on for many years after his first son dropped out of
Scouts. I need a POEM or some PROSE in honor of a RETIRING SCOUTMASTER.
He was never one to say much and my memory is failing me for humorous
stories, so I'm hoping someone can send me some ideas. Thanks All!
