You may wish to look at Emergency Management Explorer Post 493 home page
at:
http://bcn.boulder.co.us/community/explorer/
The Explorer Post web page has many links to good resources for Emergency
Management/Preparedness information web pages such as FEMA, American Red
Cross, University of Colorado Natural Hazards Center, as well as
information on the annual Explorer Mock Disasters which invite Scouts to
participate as "victims" and get credit for the E.P. requirement in
disaster drills/events/mobilizations.
