Summertime Pack program

Sir, when our Cub training team trains new leaders, we emphasize that
the summertime program isn't structured at all like the school year. We
suggest that the Den Leaders take the den on field trips each month.
There are several acheivements and electives that fill the need, thus
helping to earn something. We suggest the field trip be taken two weeks
before the schedule Pack Meeting, that way the boys are meeting every
two weeks. The Pack Meeting should be something like a bike rodeo,
fishing rodeo, etc. IMHO, neither the den meetings nor pack meetings
should be structured, but instead FUN-FUN-FUN.
