Roundtable & Unit Comish Meeting

We ar trying to think of ways to get our Unit Comishs. to come to our
monthly and or Bi monthly meetings. During a Dist Comish. meeting last
week the idea of having a combo. meeting. After the round table have
the Unit Comish meeting, this should only take about 30 min. and
everyone will be done by 9pm at the latest. By doing this you have one
less meeting a month!
Has any one done this? Any other ideas!
