If you are talking about patrol medallions, I don't see any real problem
from the BSA side of the house. The BSA patrol medallions do not contain
any of the BSA's copyrighted indicia. However, the badges of office do.

There is a custom patch shop that specializes in Girl Scout patches. Try:

http://www.patchco.com/
Telephone: (888)patchco [728-2426]

Alternatively:

Lebeau Emblem Company
1500 E. Gage Avenue
Los Angeles, CA 90001
(800)225-3129

Several of our units in Camarillo have dealt with Lebeau, with excellent
results. I know nothing about patchco except what I have posted here.

The second year Webelos den of Pack 3804 of Camarillo just got some
patrol medallions made up. It shows a carnivorous dinosaur striding
out. They are the Raptor Patrol (as in veliciraptor, a la "Jurassic
Park). The den leader tells me that they ordered 24 custom patches with
a single color of stitching.

The costs were $75 to do the artwork and $3/patch. The boys think the
patches are "COOL!!".

I hope that this is of some assistance to you.

Yours in Scouting,

Rodger
