According to info given by John Alline at Philmont Training Center this
past summer during Boy Scout Conferences, there is a new (totally, not
just a revision)Boy Scout Handbook on the drawing board. It should be
released in late 1998. Along with it will be a NEW Scoutmasters Handbook,
NEW Woods Wisdom and a totally NEW training course to replace the
present Scoutmastership Fundamentals.
