Handbook update/insert

Have you noticed that the Boy Scout Handbook that some of us think of as
the "new Handbook" has some items that are now out of date?
Wouldn't it be a great Woodbadge ticket item for someone to prepare a
insert citing changes that we could give to new scouts.
Without even having the book here I can think of some:
- "Show Scout spirit." is changed to "Show Scout spirit by living the Oath
and Law in your daily life.
- Swimming, and Lifesaving Merit Badge requirements in the back of the book
are changed.
- Citizenship in the World Merit Badge requirements are very changed.
And this is in my own focus area of advancement. I suspect there are
changes in Troop Organization and other areas.
I know we could each do this in each Troop in the country, but there might
be some benefit to having one or two people compile to and then get
comments from the rest of us and when somewhat stable posting it on a web
site somewhere.
