Chuck and all.

Absolutely, positively and without question for safety and policy as
well. If no one's saying or doing something it is our place and our
responsibility to react accordingly and responsibly.
The reaction may and should be measured by the degree of danger or the
importance of the policy but we as leaders have every right to
"interfere". After all it takes a entire village to raise a child,
right!
