We have had a number of scoutmaster conferences about this, but I think my
"dadness" is getting in the way. I have counselled one other scout about
behavior as well, with better results.

I have decided to turn over Scott's spirit and conference requirements to an
ASM who has two ADD sons of his own. I hope this will work out better.
