Can I ask some questions before attempting advice?
Do you have regular PLC's.
Who chooses the Troop activities (types of camp out)?
Who develops the goals for these outings (winning events at a Camporee)?
Who chooses the things the troop does while camping?
Have you tried patrol competitions focusing on rewarding the patrol
method, like a pizza party for best uniformed and attended patrol of the
month/quarter or for making Baden Powel Patrol?
Is your troop program broken up on skill level basis?
How many ASM's do you have?
