Eagle Project

My nephew and I have come up with what we think is a pretty cool
Eagle project and I want the wisdom of the List to let us know what you
think.
We have started collecting used bicycles and now have about 20 and
still counting. He wants to get a crew together to clean and repair the
bikes, get some donations from local merchants for tires and parts, and
have them ready to give to a local chairity before Christmas.
