Dad or NOT

I agree. I never had my parents as leaders, but in my Scout Group we almost
always arranged it so that parent and child weren't in the same unit.
If you have a son or a daughter in Scouts (or Guides), then you'd move to work
with the Pack or with the Rover Crew, and similarly for other sections.
Of course, since in Italy we have Scout Groups which comprise one (or sometimes
more) Pack, one Troop (or two, or rarely more), and one Rover Crew, it's easier
to shift from a section to the other...
