Terry -
All you have to do is to phone a military base's public affairs office,
and they should be able to point you to the right person on the base who
can help you.
Most bases have pretty decent "primitive" campgrounds that are intende
for use by youth groups like visiting Scouts. Many Guard and Reserve
units also have facilities you can use to stay in.
