I have been remiss...I posted this question about a week ago, and have been
overwhelmed with good advice. I am still digesting it, and want to thank
everyone who responded. This list really is a wonderful resource, full of
kind, caring people.
I have decided to turn the whole issue over to an ASM who has been through
similar problems with an ADD son. The ASM will handle the scout spirit and
scoutmaster conference requirements with my son. I have discussed this with
both of them, and they seem to feel okay about it.
