Here in Italy, we have four monthly magazines.
One is for Cubs, and it is called "Giochiamo" (Let's play).
One is for Scouts, and it's called "Avventura" (Adventure)
One is for Rovers, and it's called "Camminiamo Insieme" (Walking Together).
One is for Leaders, and it's called "Proposta Educativa" (Educational
proposal).
Each boy is automatically subscribed to the relevant magazine upon
registration, and each Leader will also get the magazine of his own section.
Also, we have a kind of newsletter, which is sent to Group Scout Leaders and to
people working at the District/Regional/National level, it's called "AGEscout",
but it's really not interesting to people outside our Scout association.
Last but not least, there is a quarterly magazine called "R-S Servire" which is
monothematic, and each issue tends to explore in depth some particular point of
education.
They are in Italian, of course.. I don't know if you can be interested in them.
If so, just write to:
AGESCI (Associazione Guide e Scout Cattolici Italiani)
Piazza Pasquale Paoli 18
00186 Roma
ITALY
They'll tell you how to subscribe.
