Well, I just couldn't sit on my hands any longer after reading all of the
"truth" offered by repsondents. As usual, if you look hard enough, you
will find that the BSA has a rule or regulation covering (no pun intended)
just about everything. The same is true for "Headgear Regulations." You
will find them in the first section (Special Regulations) in the Insignia
Guide. I'm not going to tell you what they are: If you agree and are
following the regs, you don't need to be told you are right. If you
disagree, you'll assume I'm making this up and flame me. So check it out;
you might find other interesting tidbits there as well.
