wet tents

I'm going to take a slightly different road about the boy who put away the
tent wet. Since I still work with Cubs, my feeling is to wonder how
"experienced" the scout was and did *HE KNOW BETTER* than to pack a wet
tent. If he did in fact know, then he should be held responsible. He
should clean it or buy another. If he didn't know, then I think he may
have learned his lesson.
I would like to think that all my Webelos know better than this, but after
reading this post, I'll make sure. We have them take down the tents and
(yes, please no flames), in the interest of time, we usually help them
pack the tents up.
