This has been a topic of major discussion in our pack.

From where I come from it is improper for a male to wear a hat under a =
roof. Double standard thing I guess but woman can.

Anywho. I think that even though the hat is part of the uniform it shoul=
d be removed inside the building.

A good place to put it is open the snaps on the back and attatch it to =
your front belt loop or tuck the brim into your pants in the back.

As far as policy, I doubt there is any National policy. Just one of thos=
e unwritten rules.

Have your pack committee set a uniform standard and have everyone abide =
by the rule. Uniform does mean uniform.
