Order of The Arrow Inquiry: Urgent!

Hi! My name is James A. Figueroa, vice-chief candidate for YOKAHU Lodge
506 in Puerto Rico. It is extremely urgent that I recieve either
communication, or e-mail address from someone on the National Board of
the Order of The Arrow: Preferably from the National or Regional Chiefs
(we are part of the NE Region, Section NE-12), about some very serious
topics and problems that our lodge is undergoing. Please respond to my
