I just heard a rumor from our council and I was wondering if anyone else =
heard it.

It came from one of the DE's in my council, she got it from the scout exe=
cutive.

Remember I don't want to start a rumor but I was told that women cub lead=
ers will be able to wear Khaki uniforms regardless of their rank as leade=
r.

I am not sure if they are doing away with the yellow, I just heard khaki =
will be okay to wear.

Any body else hear this? Until I see it written I am not sure I can beli=
eve it.
