Camp Pumpkin Pie?

Hi all!
I have been asked to bake a pumpkin pie in a reflector oven on our next
camping trip........HHHHEEEELLLPPPP! Has anybody tried this?? Any
pointers please?
BTW this is from scratch, except for the pie crust. I know the purists are
gonna want me to make the pie crust too. :-) Actually I was thinking
about sneaking one of those prefab pies in the oven when no one was
looking. ;-)
